I hope this blog can be an open conversation between us. This blog is a manifestation of several years struggling with heart break and regret, and learning how to love myself again.
We all have loved, and probably felt heartbreak whether through a break up or loss of a loved one. One thing I have learned, is society tells us to move on quickly. I feel that growth comes from actually feeling and processing through those feelings. Learning to love ourselves will teach us how to move through our feelings rather than blocking them and trying to numb ourselves to them.
I hope to spread love, one word at a time.
